In the app, open Settings, find Account, and chooseDelete account. Confirming starts permanent deletion and signs the device out.
Email hello@getdialitin.comfrom the address used for your account and ask for account deletion. We may send a verification code or request other limited information to confirm the account belongs to you.
Deletion covers the account, authentication records, setups, coffees, bags, recipes, shot history, retained images, AI barista messages and memories, feedback, and account-linked usage and analytics records under our control. The process also requests deletion from relevant processors.
Encrypted provider backups may expire on their normal recovery schedule. Records required by law or for legal claims may be retained only for the applicable period. Anonymous statistics that can no longer be linked to the account may remain.
Deletion is permanent. Create a new account later if you want to use the service again.
